Based in the beautiful Devon countryside and working throughout the South West and in London, Ardour & Bow plan stunning events with precision and flair.

From intimate candlelit gatherings and elegant dinner parties to large, lavish weddings and luxury corporate events, we offer bespoke planning, with a considered approach, using our knowledge and expertise to bring your vision to life.

We work with discerning, style-conscious clients who often lead busy, demanding lives. Whether you’re juggling a hectic schedule or planning an event from afar, Ardour & Bow will support you throughout the process, providing attentive, personal service from the moment you get in touch. 

We also work with HNW & UHNW clients, and are accustomed to signing NDAs as part of our client privacy process.

MEET

JESSICA

With more than a decade of event management experience, I’ve delivered countless high-end, large-scale celebrations in a wide range of venues. My passion for planning and all things party-related blossomed and grew while working in the events team at Hampton Court Palace.

As well as nurturing my deep love of history, working within a Royal Palace and its grounds strengthened my problem-solving skills and enhanced my creativity. Having handled the unique challenges associated with managing events in such a sensitive space, you can have complete confidence in my abilities. Whatever the occasion and wherever you’re planning to celebrate, I’m committed to finding creative solutions that meet your specific requirements.

As well as working within historic buildings, my experience extends to large outdoor events and luxury marquee weddings. I adore nature, so whether surrounded by rolling hills or dramatic coastal views, I’m in my element when planning events outside.

Known for my efficiency and attention to detail, I also bring positivity, energy and enthusiasm to everything I do.

I can’t wait to help you make some memories.

BEHIND

THE SCENES

When I’m not busy planning my next event, I can usually be found strolling through my woodland garden in Devon, accompanied by my husband and our lovely mini-labradoodle, Douglas. Or I'll be shopping and people-watching from our base in West London.

  • As well as beautiful old buildings, I love bottomless brunches, espresso martinis, and all things music and theatre.

  • I think dancing is hugely underrated. We should all do more of it! I let loose every year at Wilderness, complete with sequin trousers!

  • I dream of learning to fly and I plan to get my Private Pilot’s Licence before I’m 40.

  • I’m incredibly organised. Spreadsheets and lists are my idea of fun!

  • I also love to travel, especially to far-flung places. Next aspirations are Nantucket, Mauritius and returning to my all-time favourite, Rio de Janeiro.
